The User of the Employment Hunt website (hereinafter referred to as "User") must carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions, including any future amendments (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") before using the Employment Hunt website (hereinafter referred to as "Web-site"). By using the Web-site, the User is accepting to be bound by the provisions of these terms and conditions, privacy policy and disclaimer of Employment Hunt (hereinafter referred to as "Employment Hunt").

All Employment Hunt trade names, trademarks, logos, domain names, and all content on Employment Hunt are the exclusive property of Employment Hunt, subject to applicable third-party rights.

These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy Statement which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully herein, represent the complete agreement between you and Employment Hunt for the use of and access to the Services and/or other contents of this website.

Definitions

The following definitions apply to the Terms and Conditions:

• "User Agreement" refers to the binding agreement governing the use of the Web-site.

User Agreement

By visiting or interacting with the Service, Users agree to these Terms, Rules and Regulations, User Agreement, as well as Employment Hunt Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer"), which are incorporated herein by reference. Users that refuse to comply with any of these Terms, Rules and Regulations, Disclaimer or User Agreement are not eligible to use the Service and must log off the Website immediately.

Further, the User hereby expressly agrees that he/she has no objection upon receiving any call/SMS/Communication by Employment Hunt, any third party on its behalf or any other party authorized by Employment Hunt, which is communicated to the User with regard to the Employment Hunt Services like Job Search, Job Alert, and other Employment Hunt Career Auxiliary Services.

Notwithstanding the User's registration with National Do Not Call Registry, the User hereby expresses his interest and accord, his willful consent to receive communication (including commercial communication) in relation to Employment Hunt Services.

Modification

Employment Hunt reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms, the Disclaimer, Rules and Regulations, User Agreement or Privacy Policy at any time, and User agrees to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

Notifications

3. Employment Hunt does not and cannot guarantee that the users will get an interview or a job by using the instructions provided on this site or by purchasing a resume template. The user’s success in getting a job is a complex phenomenon which is dependent upon a variety of factors, parameters and variable elements and will entirely depend upon the time and effort put into by user and upon his subject skill sets, personality, education, qualifications and other abilities.

5. Employment Hunt reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, discontinue or terminate any/all of the Services of the web-site or reject any or all entries/blogs at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any liability to the User.

Third-Party Providers

Employment Hunt may provide the Service using third party providers, including business associates, subcontractors and consultants (the "Third Party Providers"). Users hereby agree that Employment Hunt will have sole responsibility for handling all billing and contract negotiations by and between it and its Third Party Providers.

Third-Party Website

Employment Hunt has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party mobile application, software or website.

Further, Employment Hunt cannot and will not censor or edit the content of any third-party mobile application, software or website. User should be aware and should read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each mobile application, software or website that User uses or visits.

By using the Service, User expressly relieves Employment Hunt from any and all liability arising from User's use of any third-party mobile application, software or website.

Employment Hunt Accounts, Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds

Employment Hunt Accounts

To access certain features of and publish Content on the Service, Users must create an Employment Hunt account by entering login information manually or by importing third-party login information from an external provider.

When creating an account, Users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on their accounts, and Users must keep account password secure. Users must notify Employment Hunt immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their respective accounts.

Payments

The user agrees that Employment Hunt reserves the right and flexibility to collect payments for the various services provided by the website from the users, either directly or indirectly through intermediaries, business partners and associates on such terms as it may deem fit and proper.

The user out of his/her own will and volition and without any outside force, coercion or influence of any kind whatsoever, has chosen to make payment to Employment Hunt, for the purposes of subscribing and using their various services.

Subscriptions

Users that create an Employment Hunt account and subscribe to use the Service shall pay the relevant applicable subscription fee ("Subscription Fee"). Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, Users that cancel their subscriptions are eligible to receive a refund on the basis of the Employment Hunt Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of the order.
2. No cancellation of orders placed under Super Express and Express Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the User has purchased on special occasions and Public Holidays, etc. These are limited occasion offers and special discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. In case User feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per Users expectations, User must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into the User’s complaint will take an appropriate decision.
5. Refund will be settled in 30 working days from the request received.

Permissions and Restrictions on Use of the Service

Any user using any digital resource of the website/Employment Hunt shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that —

1. belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
3. harm minors in any way;
4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
5. violates any law for the time being in force;
6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
